ABOUT US

Organizational Intelligence provides business intelligence and decision support software to the healthcare community. Organizational Intelligence’s OI 3.0 is a suite of innovative and feature rich products providing management teams with comprehensive financial and operational reporting, planning, analysis and data visualization. OI is entirely browser-based and is developed using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and the .Net Framework.

Management teams use OI 3.0 to improve financial and operational performance, facilitate accountability, increase data integrity, improve timeliness of information, and to reduce time spent on non value-added activities related to reporting, analysis and budgeting.

Organizational Intelligence is based in Portland, Oregon and serves clients across the nation.

Steve Imus, B.S., M.B.A., Co-Founder
Chief Executive Officer

Steve Imus has 21 years experience in hospital financial management and consulting. He began his career in hospitals and spent ten years in hospital financial management. His previous positions include Controller and Director of Decision Support for a multi-hospital healthcare system in California. Steve spent seven years in consulting for large professional services firms managing complex performance improvement, management reporting, revenue cycle, and shared services engagements and providing his subject-matter expertise.

Steve Imus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with a major in Finance.

Jeff Lambert, B.S., Co-Founder
Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Lambert has over 17 years experience working in hospital finance and large professional service firms. His consulting experience includes extensive work in the areas of decision support systems, budgeting and financial analysis for leading healthcare organizations throughout the U.S. He began his career in hospital finance where he implemented a decision support system for a multi-hospital healthcare organization.

Jeff Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is considered an expert in hospital decision support and has presented at various decision support user-conferences.
